Group Discount policy

EMS 2025 will offer discounts for groups wishing to purchase more than 10 tickets. The discount % and timeline is at SOLE DISCRETION of the EMS 2025 Committee and may be changed or withdrawn at any time as the committee considers appropriate.

Currently the group discounts are offered on tickets purchased under following conditions

1. The offer is only on 3-day tickets for adults & children for any combination of zones. This may change in the future.

2. Payment for these tickets has to be made by bank transfer within SEVEN days of reserving the tickets. It must be made as a single lumpsum payment by CORRECTLY quoting their order number as reference.

3. Subsequent additions to the group will not be able to avail of the same discount

4. The discount will be applied on the prevailing prices i.e. during the early bird period, discount will be applied on the Early Bird Price. After the early bird period is over, it will be applied on the NORMAL price.

5. Infants (children below 2 years) are not counted in the group but we need to know about their details. 

6. Once group booking is successful, any changes in personal needs or replacements of persons should be communicated to the EMS 2025 organisers. 

7. Group bookings will be handled by EMS 2025 team manually on behalf of all the members of the group. It implies that all the members have accepted the general and event T&C's. 
    

Following steps describe how to avail the group discount :

1. The requestor should send a mail to registration@ems2025.org mentioning the number of people (including children) and the zones in which tickets are required, for example : We are group of 12 and would like to avail of group discount for 3-day tickets. We would like 5 adult & 3 child tickets in Green zone and 4 adult tickets in Blue zone. 

2. Registration team will then send the reply that will have 

   • an excel template to collect the information about the delegates for whom tickets are required

   • discounted prices for the above tickets and the total amount due.

3. Once the requestor sends back all the details in the excel, EMS 2025 registration team  will book these tickets for the group.  The main buyer will receive all the provisional tickets and the individual members of the group will receive their own provisional tickets with ‘Unpaid’ status. 

4. Once the payment is received in our bank account, we will manually mark the order as paid and send the tickets (‘Paid’ status) to the main buyer and individual members of the group.
