The European Marathi Sammelan (EMS) 2025 will be held in Leicester, UK in July 2025. The event will start on Friday 4th July 2025 at 14:00h BST and will end on Sunday 6th July 2025 at 16:00h BST.
The event will consist of packed programme of performances, dance, music, interviews, panel discussions and much more. Please stay in touch with us via our social media channels.

What is included in the ticket?
The ticket price includes access to all live event sessions, lunches, dinners, tea/coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks as scheduled over the event period (please see the event schedule). All the programmes, meals, tea/coffee breaks will take place in Athena. The ticket price does NOT include accommodation and breakfast.

Accommodation
EMS 2025 committee has negotiated preferential rates with number of nearby hotels. You can find out more about the hotels, locations and preferential rates.
Travel & Parking
The NCP Rutland Centre Car park is located at Halford St, Leicester LE1 1TQ. Tickets can be booked via NCP website.
We will offer a limited number of discounted validated parking tickets at the time of registration or during the event. Please park your car in the NCP car park and bring the parking ticket to be exchanged with previladated ticket at registration desk.
Parking may be available on streets around the venue on Saturday after 6 pm and on Sunday all day, but is subject to local regulations and costs.
